How's the season been treating you?
It's been pretty great so far, I was in New York for about three weeks before this. I did 15 shows in New York, so it went really well! I did Rodarte and Jeremy Scott, just some really stand out shows.

Have you had a favourite look so far?
I really loved Rodarte. I did it last season, and oh! The colours. And Jeremy Scott was so much fun! These awesome denim shorts with tassels underneath, that were just pulled up so high! There were great shoes, and it was just such a fun show.

Who are you most looking forward to walking?
I'm not really sure. I have no idea which shows I get until the night before, but I just did Mulberry which was really good.

You looked gorgeous in that show.
Yeah, I loved it. I liked the makeup. And I have Thomas Tait now, he's a really good designer, quite up and coming. I'd love to walk for Burberry one day.

What's your off-duty style like?
I really love cool vintage shirts with prints on them. I love my rag and bones skinny jeans, doc martins boots, cool teeshirts with bands I like on them like The Ramones and The Doors…

What do you do to stay sane in the rush?
Make sure I have all my vitamins, I have a driver because it's craziness, I try and get as much sleep as I can and just be really healthy and really well behaved!

Fresh-faced model Melissa Johanssen (aka MJ) looking sweet as ever in the perfect loose braid. Originally hailing from Alice Springs, she's moved quickly since being picked up by Finesse Models late last year. MJ is now also signed with agencies in Sydney and New York, and has appeared on numerous international catwalks and the pages of Vogue Australia. Not bad for someone of just 16. And with her soft features and dreamy eyes, I'm picking this Australian model will go far.
