Check out Buttero, they are well made and meet your criteria, IMO.

Fiorentini and Baker would also be good.

I tried on the red sandals and they look great. I'm not even into sandals. Well the samples were size 44 and I'm a 40 but still, I'm thinking a smaller version would work.

Soles are like rubber. But when I was buying them I was said that it was not comfortable to wear them as the soles were difficult to bend. But I'm fine with them.)
