Metrosexuals

***See Figure A: Sex and the City: Season 2 - episode 23 - "Evolution"***

The point was, Acid, that self-obsession is part of being a metrosexual. If being stylish was the sole prequisite for being metrosexual then you could just say, 'stylish men'.

i get what ur saying and totally understand

there are different levels of self obsession amoungst metrosexual's though.....from david beckham.........to johnny bravo

Heh! :P With a wife like Victoria Beckham I don't blame David for focusing on anything but her!

wait david beckham is a metro no doubt, right?

I imagine so - I've never met him though. He has done a lot for the fashion industry whatever his feeling for himself are.

yeah...
never met him myself but would guess by his apperance he cares a lot about the way he looks hence metro.... which is a good thing he is fun to look at

well he has a make-up artist backstage at football games to re-apply his chantecaille real-skin powder at half time so.......... my guesses are that he DOES worry about his appearence

Yeah, I think that too. He's a nice enough guy though. Considering he's none too bright he has a fairly 'live and let live' attitude.

i dislike 'labels' on people, much more new founded ones :P

metro or not, i seriously dont mind people taking care of themselves and their looks, it's a matter of social interaction, how could one blame a guy for looking good, why should taking care of you looks be concidered gay or straigt?

on the other hand, narcissism is a very personal issue,
as anything else, it can constructive considered it does not become an obsession ;)

i absolutely opposite any kind of obsessions
but never against self expression :flower:

There's no chance of being broken-hearted if your first love was yourself I suppose.

'New' terms ;) :

Hasbian : A lesbian who has chosen a heterosexual lifestyle.

Chaser : Slang term for a gay man that's attracted to larger men.

*** Stag : Definition: A straight man drawn to the company of gay men.

Manscaping : The act of grooming, shaving or trimming hair on the male body. Derived from the word landscaping.

Examples: Mark has more hair on his back than on his head. He needs some serious manscaping.

Nanosexual : Nanos express a thoroughly modern obsession with tiny technology. They're the first to cradle PDAs, Elf cameras and videoconferencing cell phones in their childlike hands. The nanosexual will scintillate you with smutty haikus about chip size and the city's wireless hot spots. May have a thing for Japanese girls.

Macrosexual : Doppelgänger to the nanosexual, the Escalade-driving, Starbucks venti mocha-drinking, McDonald's-supersizing macrosexual takes "size matters" to its greasy, throbbing hilt. Anything worth doing is worth overdoing, from golf-course-sized front lawns to spending sprees at the Sharper Image. Likely to be recreational Viagra user.

And now the opposite of Sean & Alejandro  :P

Neverosexual
: Here's the definition: nev·er·o·sex·u·al n. a person who never has sex, generally in spite of his or her best efforts.
Of or relating to a person who just can't get laid. Usage: People used to think he was gay. But in reality he's just neverosexual.

I think this calls for a dictionary thread ? :innocent:

 TREAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im loving these words

kylie minogue;s stylist is the untimate metrosexual ;)

That's an erronemous statementification, could you expontificate... ;)

Which makes me realise....

I've got another one....wordosexual: someone who makes up ridiculous words using completely innapropriate combinations of prefixes and suffixes. I'm thinking GEORGE BUSH here...

my contribution.....

michael jackson.........closet child fiddler with gross face

liza minelli........haloween mask who married a potato

can i ask a bisexual question... do you only date other bisexuals or does that not matter to you and to the people you date. it would not have bothered me in my dating days and in fact i think i would consider it quiet attractive... if it is too personal tell me to cram it. :P
i can't answer for spacemui, but im a bisexual male myself, and it doesn't matter if the people i date are bisexual or not....theres a common misconception(sometimes among bisexuals themselves) that bisexual means you need to be with BOTH a male and female, where in my opinion bisexuality constitutes being with EITHER a male or female....i find it easier dating non bisexuals because of this misconception, but it isnt necessary

as a bisexual......i date anything from straight women.......to other bisexuals......ot gay men

it really doesnt bother me.......as long as i like them

captainjacksparrow.......is that you in your avatar?.......if it is......how you doin

^^^ hhahaha no it isnt...its my boyfriend :woot: ...lol jk...its just a Sisley ad I'm crazy about...but he does remind me of the guy im currently seeing
