I was at the premiere that night. She looked beautiful. She has a certain presence about her, and I agree from previous posts that she can seem quite timid. She posed for a few photos with fans, then was quickly whisked away to the Staff only section, then once we were all in our seats, Mia came out and answered a couple of questions by the Festival's director. She spoke about how she enjoyed being at home for her first ever premiere in Sydney and that she had lots of family and friends in the audience.

The director also asked if she had seen any of the other adaptations of Jane Eyre, and she quite funnily said "no because it would've taken all of rehearsal time to get through all 22 of them!" She did seem a bit shy and awkward but I couldn't get over how elegant and graceful she is in person especially for someone of her age. Film was brilliant, a must-see. Her dress was very pretty and chic, it's winter here so she braved it out with no tights this time. Must say though, I'd love to see her break away a little from the frequent black pumps. Have loads of photos I shot however no idea how to post them! Somebody help?!

She looks quite beautiful, although her hair is definitely in that awkward growing-out stage. I love her unassuming and shy demeanor.

If she weren't an actress, she'd make a great model. Her photoshoots are always incredible. Not taking anything away from other actors/actresses, it also depends on the photographer, the director and whatnot, but usually actors give the same expression in photoshoots, and they end up looking like clotheshangers more than anything else. But she's so vibrant in her photoshoots and she wears clothes really well (not the other way around). And on top of that, she's an amazing actress. Can't wait for Restless, but I'm even more excited for The Wettest County in the World.
