Maybe alot of curvy hate their curviness as well...There's no argument there. But some women ALSO embrace their curves.

btw..I'm not a Mischa defender but...when she laughed about the soldier, she just was dumbfounded that her *celebrity* status could make someone happy. Geez... Do u have issues with someone whose plays a character on Fox tv?

God, I would be so self-conscious if I had an A cup and a thin body like Mischa's. Having a thin, flat-chested body can get you a lot of attention, especially attention I didn't ask for. I would be so scared. I cannot handle that KIND of attention.

I'd take a C cup over an A cup any day, if you ask me.

I never doubted there were those w/ a C cup who would feel self conscious over having an A cup. I knew one woman just like that. She was self concious over her natural A cup and got implants to get a C cup. I'm just saying I wouldn't do that. *personal opinion was inserted earlier*

I haaaaaate Mischa Barton with red hot lobster hate. Ever since I read that interview where she laughed about the soldier who wrote her not having a life or something. As someone who has suffered from serious health problems for the last ten years, and who sometimes can find happiness and a reason to live in something as stupid as hanging on to see what happens next week on a tv show, it really cut deep. She has NO CLUE what it is like to be in that position, and what you cling to, even if it seems pathetic to healthy people.

Her statements on Rachel bother me too, but not as much, which surprises. I'm naturally blonde and voluputous, and have become resigned to the frequent, often hurtful comments in fashion communities about how A cupped brunettes are so sexy, and blondes or big busted girls are just awful. I've seen "cheap", "stupid", "sl*tty", "obvious" and a dozen more. It's like high school all over again. So Mischa's just saying what's been said countless times in modeling circles.

I long for the day when the way a woman carries herself and behaves is the determination between "overtly" and "subtly" sexy. Unless you've had surgery, you can't help whether or not you have hips or breasts or full lips. To make judgements on a woman's intelligence and sexual behavior/inclinations based on her breast and hip size is shallow and based on nothing but stereotypes and prejudices.

And it IS an insult to say someone is "overtly" sexy and not "subtle", based on body shape, the way Mischa did here. Who wants to called overt and obvious because of the way their body grew, not because of their actions.

For someone who loves being "subtle", Mischa certainly likes to bind and push up her puppies.

I think jealousy is a part of it. Mischa's supposed to be "The Star", but Rachel often outshines her. I think Brody often outshines Mackenzie, but I don't see him doing catty interviews.

If this was a first for Mischa, I would totally agree that she's just thoughtless and careless, and doesn't think her comments through. I don't search Mischa articles out, but if they come in my magazines, or I see them posted here, I'll read them, and they invariably contain something of this sort, some spoiled, shallow, narcissistic, narrow world view without an ounce of empathy for her fellow man. I think she is mean, the worst kind of Mean Girl - the one who probably really thinks she's not because she's Mischa! Of course she's popular and everyone loves her!, the kind that has a teeshirt that says "Mean People Suck", and decorates her negative comments on others with little, apparently self-denigrating touches to distract from the true content.

Someone said she's British, and that might explain her attitude, and we're just misunderstanding her? I know she was born there, and has citizenship, but she was raised mainly in New York since the time she was a toddler. She's learned her social skills, or lack thereof, from American society, not the British. But hey, if you want to claim her, go right ahead.

I admit I'm biased against her after the comments on the soldier, but she doesn't give me a whole lot to work with in changing my opinion.

uh-uh dont even try to blame her age, or lack there of, as reason for her being socially-********. Im 19 as well and I would never, ever say half the sh!t that seems to stream out of her mouth. She's like an unstoppable moron. Im suprised she can get half her words for her footing being CONSTANTLY in her mouth. Same for Paltrow. Exactly. The thing that makes me mad is that she assumes women with bigger breasts are 'more sexual'. Not everyone wants that label, it's just so annoying. Women can't help how they look and no one wants some idiot TV star to tell them exactly how sexual they are.
