What an absolute delight to see Julia Bergshoeff at Isabel Marant

Oh my oh my, Balmain hast lost it all, awful. On the other hand, Loewe was very very lovely.

Balmain seemed like a reeeally strange cast compared to usual. Hardly any girls who I'd consider Balmain girls from the last few years were there, and sooo many seemed like unknown newcomers really

Don’t know if i’m the only one to notice that Ashley is being less copy/paste than in previous seasons, she’s using different girls at all of her shows, cause if a girl got JW Anderson that meant a secured spot at everything else (Prada, Loewe, Paco, Vuitton and now Chloe and Stella), but it’s not been like that at all this season, she’s mixing it up a lot, which i appreciate btw.

I agree with you. She is switching it up at every single show.
Chloe was probably her most typical casting. But even then, some surprises.

Balmain cast was just a BIG joke you have Karmen Pedaru Jourdan Dunn & Anna Selezneva and you chose as open/closing girl Valery Kaufman... PLEASE

The casting at this brand is getting worse and worse every years and you can apply this to the clothes too.

Remember when Balmain used to be the show EVERY MODELS want/ dream to walk?

Almost only top girls and supers : Daria Werbowy , Anja Rubik , Liya Kedebe , Anna Selezneva , Carmen Kass , Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls , Jourdan Dunn ,Edie Campbell, Liu Wen Fei Fei Sun Gigi Hadid & co...

Now this title goes to Isabel Marant or Louis Vuitton

Is Valery Kaufman their in-house model of some sort ? That would explain her opening the show
Balmain show isn't what it used to be in terms of attractiveness and star-power. Isabel Marant could easily go back to show after Balmain since most girls who do IM don't do Balmain anymore

Very weak cast at Celine. Though, I do appreciate brands using models that have "faded" ala Harleth, Lia, Marland, Soyoung, Klementyna...

I was really surprised to see Bella at Haider Ackermann but she looked pretty good.
I’m also surprised that Vitto hasn’t opened/closed any show yet during the whole fashion week, not even in Milan or at least I think so.

I can't help but cheer for Lara Mullen. She was one of the top new comers around 2012, and now she's back. She debuted at Alexander Wang's SS2012 show. We always complain about the longevity of these girl's career, it's nice to see someone making it happen for herself again.

Been like that for a while now but this season I only recognized three girls...
Circa 2012 his muses where Karlie Kloss, Karmen, Anja, Daria Strokous... girls that were huge back then. Sad to see that nothing's left of it.

BRAVO for Giedre! Another season she’s everywhere and booking bluechip shows! And also she’s quite recognised between fashion editors, stylists and designers, which’s amazing for her. And of course her streetstyle

Plus: she’s working on fashion for 13-14 years already! All the merits after long time,
