Well the cast at A Wang was pretty terrible then...Jourdan as the only black model? What are we still in 2008? So much for diversity.

Nothing vaguely exciting otherwise, aside from perhaps Iselin and Erin Wasson's appearance.

I agree with everything. Alex is always the best in terms of everything but about casting he wasn't this season. Where's Joan? O_O

Having just jourdan as ur only ethnic choice is definitely a shame tho, so many alien-ish newcomers,but i guess that was part of the vibe he wanted to set. The music on the other hand, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, leave it to Wang's dj to make it pop at NYFW..lol

I second that. It does seem a little underwhelming now but if you look closer you see that there were a few nice suprises. All in all I don't think it was that bad of a cast. We've all seen worse.

Fantastic to see Magdalena and Iselin at Wang. Liberty Ross doesn't do much for me. I'm surprised Joan wasn't there (unless she was unavalaible).

What are you guys thinking about Frida Aasen? She has been doing castings and is in New York, but hasn't showed herself anywhere yet. It's her first show season in New York.

there is a similar looking girl - Franziska Frank - perhaps they prefer her looking

but she will show up soon i think and hope

She'll be at Derek Lam today according to the Women twitter account, and she is also spotted on the DKNY board. I guess she just didn't book any shows until today. Shame.

Well that's quite obvious. I knew she would pop out in some show this season, especially when NY Models said she was available for special bookings. But I don't see nothing wrong with it tbh, she IS a model and she looked great at the show, it was a win win situation for her and Wang.

I really dont get why Frida hasnt exploded yet. I mean we all fawn over her yet her bookings are scarce and hit and miss.
