Heidi Klum: What's in Your Bag?

What type of bag are you carrying right now?
Dior.

Which items do you always have in your bag?
A wallet with lots of pictures of my children, lip balm, Nars powder in Beach, MAC bronzing powder no. A24, perfume, keys, and Michael Kors aviator sunglasses.

Which fragrance and lip gloss do you carry?
Orlane lip gloss no. 40—and my signature scent is “Heidi Klum.” Check it out on my website, HeidiKlum.com.

What should a woman always carry with her?
Breath mints—because you never know …

For women such as yourself who are always on the go, do you recommend carrying snacks in your bag?
Absolutely. You have to keep your body nourished when you’re running around. I always carry protein bars and shakes made by my trainer, David Kirsch.

I've been following the skin care tips acester posted on the first page religiously for about 2.5 weeks, and MAN they work! B)

Wow! That's great! What exactly did you do? I have to try!
I've only been doing the skin thing buuuut here what I do:
  • I increased the amount of fruits and veggies I eat, lots of strawberries, and a salad once a day. I've been following that rule of "plate division" half a plate of veggies, 1 quarter starches, 1 quarter protein.
  • I try to exercise but I'm really lazy so that barely ever happen. :innocent:
  • I wash my face in the morning and night with evian oxygenating cleanser, (I think any gentle cleanser is just as good)
  • Even though my skin is a little oily I put on moisturizer every morning, and throughout the day. I'm using the oxygenating moisturizer from evian.
  • I cut down on the amount of makeup I wear: Now I usually only wear concealer and a powder to set it, and brown eyeshadow.
  • I bought a makeup remover and use it every night to make sure my eye makeup is always removed completely.
  • I steam my face three times a week, and then exfoliate.
It sounds like a lot but it's not really, works for me anyways! Thank you models!:p

I think steaming your face three times a week won't be good in a long time period, becouse here are big chances for you to enlarge your pores permanently. Once a week is quite enough.

^ I was just about to write that. And also, people with sensitive skin which tend to flare up should also avoid steaming.

Thank you Lara_L ! Is it true that you shouldn't use the same products for a long time?

^ It's very individual. If you're skin loves a product I don't see why you
shouldn't stick with it.

I remember reading about not using a product for too long cause your skin will get used to that and may not react to the product the way it used to be or something like that.

I think that actually works cause i havent had any breakout eversince I tried that.

I think it's true but you'll know if you need to change, sometimes when somethings new it works then it just doesn't cut it anymore and it's time for a change, same with hair products.

I always get confused with steaming, I hear it's good once a week then I read that it's too often.

Although they may not be famous, I have recommended this product to some of my model friends and they adore it as much as I do:

Cellex C - Sun Care

It's a sun care (SPF 30+), acne prevention cream, and moisturizer in one....an amazing product!

Does anyone know where this is sold? It sounds fantastic
