i live in nyc...and i see so many models walking around..and they ALWAYS look amazing. its like they dont try at all..they just roll out of bed and throw on some clothes and still look hot and uber-trendy. but we have to remember, they get a lot of clothes from runway shows etc. for free, so theyre pretty lucky in the style department! but i think most models have a sort of, personal+trendy style mixed into one, and its probably because they spend most of their time around beautiful people and beautiful clothes..im so jeal!!!

That's a Kayfiah Scarf & there's an entire thread in the trend spotting forum by that exact name. It has a political meaning behind it...more than just a fashion statement; it's more like showing a stance.

Sometimes it's also known/called as Palestinian scarf .There are some at ebay if you'll search under this specification.
