i havent been here in such a long time.. ive forgotten how models dress. There is always too grey in their wardrobes. Too many dull colours, isnt it.

This is true for most models, but I enjoy it. If anything, wearing dark neutrals and a clean silhouette only highlights their beautiful faces and bodies. I also have a theory that much like fashion designers, models are so bombarded with different colors and patterns because of their work, that their natural tendency is to dress in a minimal way off-duty. I think of it as "cleansing the pallette" style. Also, a girl who used to model told me that most designers prefer models to show up to castings in very simple outfits, so that they're almost like a blank canvas.

I agree GasolineRainbow. Having the neutral colors on really does help sometimes when you're inundated by crazy colors and materials. (I'm not a professional model though)

i'm making a huge effort to ignore agyness's platinum amélie hair and ridiculous sunglasses so that i can say her outfit looks nice. she really knows how to ruin a look... i also love irina's look and stam's. kate moss wore similar denim shorts (by alexander wang) a while ago, they're so cool.
