What models starred in a campaign for a brand without ever walking in a show for that brand. If there aren't too many of those, how about ones who didn't walk the show until after doing a campaign.

For Armani it's not a rare case for him to have a model in the ad campaign who has never walked the show. For example Stam did 2 campaigns for him before finally walking his show in S/S 09 (unless you count the HC shows). Iirc reading about it (might be just a rumour), he prefers lesser known models for his [RTW] shows so the focus can be on the clothes.
