Here's the french TV show bit some people talked about earlier. where Morgane is featured in great lengths. You'll see that without a doubt she did cut her hair (and may I add, it looks great).

You can also see interviews of Jean-Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Anne-Valerie Hash, Cyril Brulé (CEO of Viva Models) & even Eugenia Volodina.

Nice as I am, I even added english subtitles ; although pretty roughly so don't mind the errors It's 11 minutes long.
