Most comfortable ballet flats?

I love the look of ballet flats, but I can never ever find a comfortable pair. Is this strange? I see so many people walking around in them that I assume they're comfortable for most, but everytime I try to walk in them, I feel like I'm walking like a duck. Does anyone else have this problem?

Some people really do need atleast a kitten heel to feel most comfortable. Maybe this is true for you?

Try Repetto Paris...they invented the ballet flat (literally, years ago for Brigitte Bardot) and their shoes are handcrafted from the most supple lambskin ever. The sole is comfortable and personally, I've tried Lanvin and I would not recommend them for comfort (nor do I even like the look of their flats, but that's another matter).

Get the original...alternatively, if you have trouble finding Repetto in the US, I'd recommend London Sole as an alternative.

I have flat feet and trouble wearing shoes sans heels, but these Repettos are the best shoes I've ever fluttered about the city in...

I posted these Repetto pics in another thread, but you can check them out here too:

I love ballet flats but ALWAYS place a gel insole or at minimum a thin foam liner in them. Dr. Scholls is now making a three pack of cute liners that include a cheetah print, a pretty biegey gold and a nice dark brown solid. It was fun replacing all my flats (I had to buy four packages  with just the right liner. I think they are about $9-10 US.

Of all my flats hmmm... the most comfortable are my Coach Jennilees. Funny that I even own them bc I don't really care for Coach handbags.

I love flats. They're so comfy. I have two pairs in pink (But different styles) and I also have one in orange. All from London Soles.

My Tory Burch ballet flats are really comfortable- I feel like I'm wearing slippers! Much more comfortable than my Chanel ballet flats- they dig into my feet in all the wrong places.
