This isn't the first time she did a photoshoot during some kind of "trouble"...in the latest issue of Brititsh GQ, which she is on the cover of, has a shot of her coming out of the New York courtroom in the same outfit they showed her wearing on TV. In a way it is very sad, but it just goes to show how fierce she is.
