daaaamn.

that "Breakfast Club" interview is THE BEST interview with Naomi that i have ever seen. The hosts are so blunt and real (and honestly, if i were a celebrity - particularly one with a long and controversial history like Naomi's - i'd absolutely never set foot in that studio. lol) but somehow they brought out the best in her. It actually reflects on her in an incredibly positive way. i believe that she was 100% natural and honest throughout the entirety of that interview. she just told it like it is. and she's very insightful and strong and forthright.

if i'm completely honest, i've kind of been put off Naomi since watching "The Face". there are parts of that show that are edited to make her seem like just too much of a controlling diva. and obviously i love me a DIVA, but it was too much. so i've been struggling in my Naomi fandom. but this single interview has entirely reassured me that my fandom is, indeed, eternal. she IS legend. and i also think she'd be an absolutely wonderful friend and a great hoot of a woman to hang out with.
