I really like where Naomi is in her career right now. It's like she's fully transitioned into "Legendary stateswoman" of the fashion industry. She's in that very very VERY rarified realm of genuine, unarguable Icon. The past couple of years - with her different acting gigs and with her social media presence, she's just kind of taken her "relevance" up to another level. Don't get me wrong - she's Naomi Campbell, obviously she's always been relevant. But there's a certain point when a performer - after having an extraordinary career - transitions into this realm of pure celebrated icon status (kind of like where Nicole Kidman is right now). And I'd say it's only recently that Naomi's landed there. Also she looks as incredible as she's ever looked.
