I'm surprised that it's possible to even arrange custody matters bindingly in a prenup, though. Don't get me wrong - I realize that's how it works in a lot of countries, but to me making decisions about someone's life on the person's behalf (in this case, the children) is no laughing matter and I find it very hard to understand how such a relatively "lightly made" but far-reaching agreement - especially in terms of affected persons - can be seen as legally binding when push finally comes to shove maybe 10 or 15 years later. The variables are just too many and the consequences too severe, and just the thought that Natalia could "lose" her kids because of an "agreement" she made 10 years ago is extremely harsh.

I can buy that Natalia would've entered into a foolish contract, back in the day, before she gained all the fame and money she did. Justin was like a life raft for her, but I'm sure it was real love.
