Guys, I have some sad news: Glenio Bonder, film director "Belle du Seigneur", died 4 days ago (November 10th 2011), at the age of 55 years.

. I never thought that after so many years in the industry she'd be freaking out about makeup.

she looks lovely though
she looks lovely though^Me too. I thought the short hair suited her facial structure to the T and really emphasised her features. One of my all time favourite eds of hers was the one she did for US Vogue in 2007 - she was also on the cover of that issue.

I agree with what you say in post 926 Pautinka. I posted about that a long time ago. I was speaking with her once, and there were cameras around, and it was really not a nice sensation that half of her attention, if not more, was focussed on looking good on the pictures. Anyway, no wonder she always looks perfect in them, like her full attention is on the person she's with. Only, it's a bit fake. LOL.
On another topic, Im surprised she says she never coloured her hair, i could have sworn that she sometimes coloured it slightly darker... Like here (hope the link works)

It pains me to see her tired and, I'm sorry but it's true, not looking happy. Especially when you compare it with the chemistry and LOVE between her and Justin not so long ago.

The new bangs are not so bad, she is right to change her hair once in awhile, and it's amazing how good she looks almost whatever the hairdo. The only thing i don't like is the messy "just got out of bed'' hair for events, which i think she is now too old for.

well, I noticed that Natalia can be different at different events. For example, when attending events for NHF or hanging around her great friends like DVF or Stella she does truly behave like her genuine self and comes across extremely expressive and real. But in the crowd outside of fashion shows in the midst of not friends but strangers she does nothing but posing. In both cases, cameras are clicking but she behaves differently.
I also could have sworn that she dyes her hair now and then. I remember a few years ago when she went to Brazil with her family (Viktor was very tiny) and Valentino - her hair was almost bleached blond and it could not have got this light from just sun exposure.
In terms of her love life - well, what can be said?.. It's complicated... It's her life, she knows it best. I agree she is not looking beamingly radiant and happy like in her young days with Justin. But she is not 20 years old anymore either... She's seen more through NHF work and it is bound to leave a permanent imprint on her outlook on life. Actually now she simply sounds and looks mature enough for her age, adequate, wish less laughter in her eyes. I think it comes with seeing different situations, unhappy children, realization how lucky she and her children are.
In terms of AA vs Justin: I distinctly remember some Uruguay (outing near stables and horse riding) and some Paris candid images with Justin where she looked positively pissed and very unhappy. Since the breakup came, that means that she was unhappy there too. So... it's up to her now to choose whether to jump into relationship or wait out. Whomever she chooses, we are only in the position to believe that she is making an appropriate (time- and person-wise) choice since we do not know her and her partner personally. I do not think she jumped into it - she's surrounded by so many males who would gladly hit on her and she was single for over a year. But for us it will always be a closed book, she chooses not to talk about her personal relationship as she used to. back in the days...
