Natalia Vodianova

God,she looks like she never give birth, I'm really confused when I saw her photoes!

Well, that does it. She should have 10 children if this is how she's going to look weeks after giving birth to her 4th!!! Crazy.

The event took place on May 13th, and she gave birth on May 3rd... so she is doing it again! Quick post-pregnancy come back seem to become a tradition with her! But well, what else to expect from someone who runs a half-marathon without training and then go walk the Givenchy show :D

breastfeeding

I think the picture with baby Maxim, althought it is of course gorgeous, is very inappropriate to publish.
This is a private moment between her and her child, where is the modesty?
I find it shocking that she sent it on instagram with a love note to her husband, for the whole world to read... :(

^ I bet she appreciates it when people decide for her what is and is not a private moment for her and her child.

IMHO there's nothing inappropriate about it.

I mean the same can be said about models who get naked online in advertisements? Like what's the point of that when the whole purpose of an ad is to sell clothes? I understand what you mean with "private moment" between her child, but I don't see it as immodest, not when models are naked in ads or photo shoots.

I agree with you. And how about models or artist who poses naked being pregnant. all those pictures including Natalias dont make any uncomfortable. it is just way you see world. :flower:

I agree with Shane. Nothing against breastfeeding. I love the picture of Miranda breastfeeding her son, for example. What irritates me in Natalia's picture is the nudity. Get she everytime fully naked, when he cries?...i don't think so. There was no need for doing it, except for attention. For me it destroyed a beautiful mother-child moment.

I just read the pic as a beautiful moment between mommy & child but also saying "I'm still a woman & I haven't stopped being a desirable or sexual being".. But that's just me:P

Can we just stop assuming things about that photo and just see it for what it is; a mother breastfeeding her baby? I can't believe the length of this conversation. I bet noone would have an issue if she was naked by herself. The amount of double standards about nudity is ridiculous. There is nothing 'inappropriate' or 'immodest' about the human body or breastfeeding. What's actually inappropriate is reducing the naked female body to sexual and/or attention-seeking.

I just read the discussion about breastfeeding. IMO, breastfeeding isn't considered a private moment... Women do it in public and it is a fully respected aspect of motherhood that mothers are not ashamed of. And the nudity, I think just adds to the baby's nudity, and it makes for an intimate picture that people can find precious. That's all.
