I didn't know that. I read the FAQ for tFS, but didn't see anything other than the standard vBulletin help. What did I miss?

Is that pic above for real I hope not. Surely if you put a model in a dress like that you make her wear underwear and Nicole herself should have demanded she wear underwear. Tacky as hell but still a little bit funny.

Ah, there will always be an England.
If it is real it was obviously planned to be like that. In fact if you look very close (not that I would, you understand), you can tell Nicole even had a second stylist that day.

Yes, it's for real. It happened in Houston, and I've seen at least three different shots from that short stretch on the runway. The dress only gaped wide for a few seconds.

No; quite the contrary. If you're the designer you don't want anything to spoil the lines of your creation, and you insist that the model not do so. You merely tell her to walk carefully (blissfully unconcerned that doing so doesn't accord with the standard runway strut).

Very few models have enough clout to make any demands about what they wear, and how they wear them, for a fashion show. Nicole isn't one of those few.
