^^^ Are the regular leathers patent? The leather looks "flat" to me. Not exactly matte, but not patent either.

The website has close up shots of the regular leather. Doesn't seem patent to me.

I think I've decided: If they ever come out with the bag in black leather, I'll try to get it. It would be the perfect little black bag. I dont really like the brown or red as much I think I'd like the black.

Black would be very elegant, I agree. I wonder how structured the bag is? Because in the McQueen website the fold in the big picture makes it look less rigid, almost somewhat pliable?

Yippee! I'm now waitlisted for a brown Novak at NAP. Initially I was in love with the red, but from other pics it looks like it has too much orange in it for me. Now, if they came out with a deep blue-red, it would be love!

Hugo Boss bag

Since I won't be able to afford the Novak in croc for awhile (I'll just have to wait for next season), I am thinking about getting this Hugo Boss bag. It's only $450 and comes in brown, gray, and red. I'm already waitlisted for the red.

All the McQueen boutiques are saying there's only small and medium (medium is the one in the tweed dress - it's 13.5 inches in width.)

La Mie - please do scan the photos from WWD accessories, I'm waiting for mine too!

Meow - no photos yet of the green leather. I asked the boutique to send them to me, if they do I will scan and show it here.

And for the Crocodile colors - there are two BROWNS: honey (the lighter one) and chocolate. Both are only coming in the small size, although there is a remote possibility there might be a few pieces of the chocolate in the medium size coming in (which is what I am asking the Milan boutique to check every day.)
