Novak by McQueen

I've never seen another one where I live either! But, the original production was only 200, and i think that's it (maybe there was an additional production, can anyone answer?), though there are more coming in the next month or so. So, I think that's why they're not commonly seen.
LaMie, how do you wear yours? For work and/or just around town? I wear mine around town so it's quite a contrast with jeans! Trying to get used to the look, so i usually dress up the jeans with a prissy top...
What are others wearing theirs with?

I've worn mine with everything from jeans to a cocktail dress! I think since I always wear a very classic looking coat, and am mostly actually physically carrying it when I'm walking around town, it always looks great. I don't really believe in tiny evening bags, but I was told I looked "so perfectly evening" by a cute swedish professor at a bar just the other night while carrying it, so I guess it looked good! I'll try and take a picture sometime soon of me carrying as I normally would.

^ oh that's great la mie...what colour is yours? red?? I agree that it goes with everything but hadn't thought about night! (i must admit i am a small as you can get evening bag person ). Woweee...the only comments i got were from hubby...he said it was 'nice'...still that's better than nothing!! Love to see your pics!

Yes, My bag is red, is yours? It's my favorite novak that I've seen so far apart from the green croc, which wasn't exactly in my price range, even if I had managed to some how get a hold of it. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go out this weekend and I can take a picture of myself wearing it for evening.

Does anyone know what colors of the non-knit regular novak will be coming out for spring, if any? I think someone mentioned black in this thread, although honestly I was hoping for something a little more out of the ordinary to be a spring equivalent of my red.

Hi guys, I'm trying to find pics of a 06 s/s McQueen bag I saw at a preview...well not exactly, since they didn't have a sample yet so I only saw photos. It's structured, has rounded corners (kind of like the Novak) but is rectangle in shape. It could be a variation of the black clutch featured on the runway but the pic I saw was white with handles. I'd appreciate it if any of you can give me pointers as to where I may find more pics...TIA.

sorry to repeat the question-- does this bag wear comfortably on the shoulder? i've only seen the small size in person.

I can fit the bag on my shoulder comfortably , if you have small arms like me it's easy. It is slightly easier to carry by hand though.
