Olivia Palermo

Olivia looks so cute in these pics..I didn't realize how tiny she was! or well maybe the others are just really tall, but she looks like this cute little girl in these pics...in other pics she usually just looks like this really elegant pretty girl, but here she looks a bit young (ie. her actual age shows)

She does look very young there. It's actually nice to see her looking almost vulnerable and innocent.

am i having deja vu didnt she already wear this outfit once? or something very similar to it?

She's like the definition of the real "socialite"
Gorgeous, always has nice skin/hair, well-mannered, educated.

People like Paris are just... party-goer, attention-wh*re.
sorry if i offend anyone.

I don't really like the last outfit. Doesn't feel natural, like it's her, plus the jeans seriously need to be hemmed and the proportions feel off for me. Big pants, big jacket, long hair.

Hills fans rejoice: the reality hit has spawned a new series.

A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now) that MTV is prepping a show in which Whitney Port, 23, becomes bicoastal while working for fashion PR firm People’s Revolution — and befriends a group of NYC gals (including socialite Olivia Palermo).
Says the insider: “There will be more blondes in the city than you ever expected!”

I think it will be interesting to see her on a show - kind of get a glimpse into the lifestyle and most importantly see what she's wearing!

i dont want her to be like the hill girls... she's so much better than that.

^ I agree, and it looks like our wish is granted.

MTV is reportedly planning a spin-off for The Hills starring New York native Whitney Port, who will travel bicoastally while working for fashion PR firm, People's Revolution, according to US Weekly. Lame, we know.

But! Hidden in the second part of the story is the little detail that Ms. Port will befriend a group of New York girls, including Socialite Rank casualty, Olivia Palermo. So yes, we dropped our chicken and broccoli and immediately dialed Ms. Palermo's publicist, who batted aside the rumors, which typically means it's totally true.

Here's what Ms. Palermo's rep told The Daily Transom over the phone:
"She is not involved. I am aware of the spin-off show but Olivia has no formal plans to appear on it at this time. If she makes an appearance, it will be completely organically. I'm not saying that she couldn't appear on an episode if she were attending an event where they were filming, but we are not currently in talks with the network. As far as I know, the two have never met and they're certainly not friends. Olivia is not the kind of girl who is going to be paid be friends with someone."

thank God she's not involved with it. anything remotely connected to the words "the hills" is totally revolting to me.

^but isn't Olivia handled by Kelly Cuthrone from People's revolution..i think she will appear on it..;) she is better than the hills but i'd love to see her on tv

I'm anxiously awaiting her reality tv show she will supposedly be in alongside Whitney Port (of The Hills) :woot:

well she probably will be involved it just won't be "formal" and it won't be obvious that she was paid. If she does indeed appear on the show, I think it would shatter any hopes of her truly breaking into the upper echelons of New York society. I'm not saying socialites can't appear on tv programs but the nature of the show is too MTV. But maybe she's realized or believes she can't, and so she's going to be a more commercial socialite, a la Lydia Hearst. That is of course if she's going to be on the show. Did anyone read Perez's item on it though? I was like do a simple google search man! Saying who is she and she's not a real socialite. I was like granted a lot of people probably don't know who is she, but it's not like she's some actress that the show would hire to 'play' a socialite.

Perez Hilton:
Instead, wallflower Whitney Port will be receiving her new show and will be featured as a jet-setter, going bi-coastal for work, and hanging out with some dumb fun blondes. And that group will include "socialite Olivia Palermo."
What? Who?
Yea, exactly.
MTV is probably trying to create the next Paris or Nicole Richie, but it isn't going to happen with that Olivia chick.

that's weird. perez doesn't know who she is then what's this?
