Regardless of extensions, she definately uses a curling iron as it is pretty impossible to get curls like that when using a ghd, they're a lot more condensed....

It just annoys me how people automatically think extensions when they see great hair. I like to try to give people the benefit of the doubt before judging or assuming anything...

This is kind of embarrassing to ask since I probably should know but what is this karma that people "give"?

Yeah using a ghd usually gives softer curls or curls that are wider spread throughout the hair. Olivia's hair is like a few big spiral curls wrapped around each other. A look that can only be done using a curler as far as I know.
