I presume this is hers because of the people following her, also, she has secured her tweets so we cannot read them. All the others using her name only tweet about things that are already public knowledge.

Twitter.com/TheRealOliviaP is definitely hers. Her friends like Peter Davis and Minnie Mortimer, and Vogue UK have confirmed for her. And you can tell it's her because she always talks about the events she's at/what she's wearing and then next day we get pictures of her at those same events she stated and candids of her in the outfits she said she was donning. She even talked about filming "Frock Me!" way, way prior to us getting pictures of them filming in Central Park pages and pages ago.

Olivia_Palermo may be her private account, I'm not sure, but I definitely think TheRealOliviaP is her open, and public account.

P.S. I think Olivia's outfit, the Chanel/Daryl K Leggings/Shirt with Bow is great. Yes, it's a tad stuffy, but I think she's trying to pull a Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl, which is kind of fun.

In Post #1361, the third picture from the left, she may or may not be wearing the most beautiful Armani coat that looked beyond divine on her on last nights episode! The shoulders on the jacket were bold and it really suited her. Surprisingly, I haven't seen any candids of her in yet! Why wouldn't she be showing it off?

i've been watching this girl since the whole debacle with socialite rank, i adore her style. she is not kate moss or alexa chung, and like one TFSer said, she is her own woman who has her own style. sophisticated, elegant, feminine with an edge. she knows what she looks best in and that's good enough in my book

^i think she's way better than Alexa Chung now, haha. But I agree with you on everything else. And IMO,her smile ( someone talked about it, so i have to talked about it too ) is a real, genuine smile when we see her with Johaness or at events. It doesn't look forced or fake.
