Olivia Palermo

‘I’m like a computer,’ admits the stylish star, describing her ability to effortlessly pull looks together. Here, she wears an Erdem red ruffled top and printed skirt, an armful of bangles from Jada and Louis Vuitton, and a belt from Diane von Furstenberg, who she used to work for.

Known for being an international fashion queen, Olivia struck a pose in a Christopher Kane flouro lace jacket, American Apparel tee and a Balenciaga graphic print skirt. ‘Olivia is the perfect style icon. In particular, she always wears amazing accessories,’ says Jill Wanless, associate editor of Look magazine. For our shoot, she wore necklaces by Erickson Beamon and Lucy Hutchings (no relation!) and bangles by Jada and Gina Stewart Cox.

the chose the worst pic for the cover. But the other pics look pretty good! Much better than her other photoshoots.

thank you!!! I am checking out their online store now. Need it in my life.

did you notice how the pockets don't have the buttons like Olivia on the online shop? And on ASOS, they do (but sold out there in sagea and ships to UK only). Minor detail, but still. The nude color is pretty nice too!

I saw that shirt 2 months ago in Nice but I gave up on it when I saw it was polyester.

Agree. But the best one is when she's not looking directly into the camera

I don't like her last editorial really, but I love the fact that it's about her and her style so she is not just a model in editorial

Olivia obviously isn't a model material. She's such a stunning girl but her beauty doesn't translate into her editorial shots.
I want to see more natural and every day Olivia than a model Olivia.:innocent:

What is the problem people have with polyester? I've always wondered that unless the price is too high. Because it doesn't feel badly on you skin, and it definitely doesn't look ugly or uglier than for example silk to me. I do think that that blouse is too expensive (60 euro) for polyester but hey, if it looks good and fits right. I don't really mind.. That's just me :)

eu-pt no worries :flower:

I love uk covers, her expression and outfits... but then again editorial material, so disappointed! her face is the same in every work we see of her... and mango photo shoot Im hoping candids during the process arent better than the final result itself =/

I find the cover to be quite awkward... as well as the editorial inside...^_^

I asume it's allways like that, meaning awkward, as she's not a model, nor actress,, so maybe she is just not that into playing much with camera..idk

I never buy anything made of polyester. It doesn't breathe much, I don't like how it feels on my skin, it's hot and it's basically plastic and I don't feel comfortable wearing it.
I really liked that Mango shirt, but I would say no even to the most beautiful shirt in the world if it was 100% polyester.

prefer the subscribers cover. her face looks odd in the normal cover. none of the editorial pics are interesting or exciting, I have to say the comments she made are a bit of a yawn too- I never would have though. She's also trying to do the demure, sexy look but the pout just makes her look sad. I like her smile-get her to smile and be natural and snap away like in candids, thats when you get the real Olivia come through and its beautiful.
