Just in case anyone else has the same question, you do NOT get any custom fees reimbursed and if your exchanging, you will pay fees again on the exchange. This was not my smartest move

If I had to do it over again, I would have researched sizing before placing my order. I'll be more selective in my choices next time. Just a tip for the rest of you

i just ordered some joe's jeans from showping.com. the website looks a bit sketchy but it's actually run by the same people who do the joe's "official" eshop, so they have the same inventory. the jeans are also a lot cheaper there and person i spoke with was quite helpful when i called today...
