I preordered a pair of Citizens from www.revolveclothing.com as they didn't have my size in stock at the time. The particular pair of jeans I ordered said they were expected to be restocked by May 15. I reallyyyy hope it doesn't take that long  Is there anybody here who has preordered clothing from Revolve and knows how long it approximately takes for them to actually get your size? Did your order come in earlier than expected? Thanks!

Has anybody ordered or get some info on Balenciaga from Luisaviaroma.com?

No, i find that whole "Limited-secret-Balenciaga-for-VIP's-only"-thing a little strange. They're costumerservice is great though, so i assume you only could send them a mail.

hi all, i'm wondering if anyone knows if what i plan to do is actually illegal?
haha...well, here goes, i'm planning to actually purchase different things i set my eyes on from different online shops, asos.com etc and then set up a boutique to sell them. in a way, i am making things alot more convenient for people who can't be bothered to go thru all the hassle of internet shopping...but i cant help but feel that it's sorta illegal? :(

Would it be worth it?
You would be paying exhorbitant amounts in duties and taxes...
and then be forced to dowload those costs onto the consumer in addition to the markup you would need to charge in order to make a profit. Then who would buy? It would be too costly.
I think your best bet would be to get your business license and get into importing....

Also, depending on where you are, there are laws in place preventing you from right out selling things like garments....you need to abide by certain policies in order to import clothing for the purpose of selling..

...and then there's ebay. Not sure how that works, but like I said - you would have to charge SO much for it to be worth it to you.

I say do your due diligence, and come up with a better plan.

brownsfashion.com just uploaded some new Dries Van Noten. the dresses and skirts are wonderful colors. have a look.

aloharag.com just uploaded some new Ann Demeulemeester for women but I am not crazy about their buys. I wish they got some of the gradient black to white pieces.

monamoore.com will be uploading (monday...ish) some new Dries Van Noten shoes including the wedge sneakers that are causing a frenzy. check out the Martin Margiela shoes they are very retro and cool.

I'm thinking about buying this vibskov-scarf from aloharag, but if i have to pay tax etc, i'm not so sure. Do they mark the value down, and how fast is their shipping?

since we talk about online shopping, I would like to let the other know....
never shop at lovemyshoes.com, the customer service is horrible!
and already 15 days, my shoes not even leave the warehouse.
everytime when I call, the customer service will go with their manual and saying this " it will take around 12 days for item to arrive!".
but they took my money on the second day after I did online shopping!!!!

ALOHARAG, anyone ordered anything?

thanks :)

zappos.com has the best customers service anywhere and an amazing variety of shoes! ^_^ (probably been mentioned)

taxes depend where you live and how strict your customs are. i think i only paid duties once out of the 3 to 4 times i ordered from them. and it wasn't too much because aloharag didn't mark the full price of the item on the invoice even though they said they would in the website. If you have someone living in the US or Japan, just have aloharag ship it to their address and pay the american/japanese taxes and then reroute it properly to your home address.

Alright, i have a new question.. There is this online shop who i know carries Cheap Monday, April 77 and similar brands. It's a pretty small store, but i can't remember the name. Could anyone help me? :)

Does anybody buy their makeup brushes on Ebay? I'm interested in buying a NARS bronzer brush and I was interested in hearing if any of you guys have had good (or bad) experiences. I'm probably going to stay away from items where the user is located in China because of the risk of getting fake items (not that other countries are free of this risk) but any feedback is much appreciated!
