I ordered from them about a year ago and their service was okay not great. They only do store credit or exchange if you need to return anything which is a pain. I don't like their web site, it seems tacky. I'm in the US so didn't have to provide passport info.

hi here, can anyone help me!! I want to buy a pair of Jeffrey Campbell potion ankle boots and a site called Singer22 has them in stock. I want to knoe if i can trust this site, has anyone used it before (especially want to hear from international customers)

It seems a little bit dodgy for the following reasons;
1. when i search for any negative reviews about the store, there arent any, not even one.
2. i've emailed them three times and haven't heard anything back
3. people are going crazy over these boots and yet i havent heard any mention of Singer22 stocking them
4. this is the dodgiest one...they ask for a copy of my passport because im an international customer....i tis normal...no other store ive used has ever asked me for this

what do you guys think?? i really want to buy these boots and cant find them anywhere else.HELP!!!

go to my simon gift card online you can by a actual card or a shopping account and have the numbers within 24 hours thats what I do to shop online

or it is pretty once you know what is what ...

it's actually much more easy to find things you like on y!japan than to buy. i cannot speak japanese, but i can find articles by browsing through the designer directory, which i have saved as favorite in my browser. many designers have their own directory, like e.g. cdg and yohji. then you can choose topics jackets, pants, shoes etc. of this particular designer. i use the search price function as well.

the problem is, that you can't order from there directly. therefore you have to work together with a bid service, who bids for you for a certain fee. there are plenty who offer this. i felt insecure to order like this first, but i found someone with whom i am happy with and buy something from time to time.
so you have a relatively high fixed price for fee, shipping etc. (shipping within japan and overseas), but you can still find great bargains with luck, because so much is offered.
i think that y! japan is working on a beta version for international customers at the moment.

Seeing how the website looks unprofessional and I'm also doubtful of the authenticity of the products.

They even used the BBB logo, and I checked if they're an accredited business and results say "No Results"

Yeahhh I would never trust a website that looks so tacky...

Me neither - IMO geerally be weary of most websites unless you've got good reason to beleive they are reliable (ex: net-a-porter, etc)

Yepp... I'm in the US and I ordered a pair of tights from tabio a couple of years ago. The customer service was great. Not sure about paypal though, I think I paid with a visa.
