"LUXURY online retailer Net-A-Porter is to launch a menswear site. Launching in January next year the site, named Mr Porter, will offer discerning shoppers a range of global designer labels and niche specialist brands.
"This is an incredibly exciting new venture for us and one we have been planning for some time," said the company's founder Natalie Massenet. "We have always said that NET-A-PORTER will remain a woman's brand and now we are ready to create a dedicated men's shopping destination entirely conceived with the stylish man in mind."
The site will feature over 60 brands including Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Lanvin and YSL. Alongside the global must-have brands, the site will stock new designer finds and local specialists. Massenet is convinced finding a menswear customer base will not be a problem.
"We have a ready-made customer base for our men's business," she asserted. "100 per cent of Net-A-Porter customers have a man in their lives in some capacity and 59 per cent of them are married or living with their partners. 3 million unique users trust and love Net-A-Porter's service and will be invited to make a purchase for the men in their lives. Additionally we look forward to welcoming a new group of super stylish men."

At last! Mr Porter!

^ I've never had to pay taxes on my online orders (in AU) and I do most of my shopping online as things are way more expensive here so even with shipping it works out cheaper.

Has anyone ordered from Queens Wardrobe (www.queenswardrobe.com) they have some cute things but i was wondering if anyone had any feedback

Yes I have purchased from them! 'the lovely wave shorts', I live in Aus and the shipping was fast and the emailed me the tracking no (I think). cherryblossomgirl (blog) gets lovely things from them too!

I'm looking for recommendations on good online stores within the EU that sell designer wear, shoes and bags. There are so many great stores in US, but the problem is that my countries tax authorities want an extra 25% toll fee on top of the item price if it comes from outside the EU!

I'm sure there are mentions of them throughout the thread but off the top of my head:
Luisa Via Roma
My Theresa
Antonioli
Net-a-Porter (as long as you go through the international section you should be fine)

Also Selfridges and Harvey Nichols have started selling clothes online and I'm sure they must ship within the EU.

also

brownsfashion.com
matchesfashion.com
mywardrobe.com
ladress.com

I bought here several times and i am happy with their services

Got an e-mail today from Net-A-Porter saying they would soon be stocking Gucci's runway collection.

They just keep getting better. I noticed Versace's all been adding to it as well.

^ they also have an online shop. they sell past season pieces, hence the lower prices. authentic.

I don't know if this is the right spot to post this question, so moderators feel free to move it, but I was wondering if anyone shops on ebay? I am a total ebay newbie so my question may sound a tad ignorant, but I figured someone on here probably knows the answer. I found some really well priced Marc by Marc Jacobs purses but I don't know if they are legit or not. So how do you tell if they are or arent? Thanks!

Anybody can recommend some Japanese online shop, better with English language?
