Hi All!

There was some talk a while back about customs fees when ordering from net-a-porter.com. I'm curious what happens to these charges if you return an item. Is it lost money or do you get reimbursed? I just placed an order w/ them and may or may not be returning part of it. Thanks!

Just in case anyone else has the same question, you do NOT get any custom fees reimbursed and if your exchanging, you will pay fees again on the exchange. This was not my smartest move

If I had to do it over again, I would have researched sizing before placing my order. I'll be more selective in my choices next time. Just a tip for the rest of you
