I'm assuming Scott is talking about Language NYC...good shop! I think their webaddress is language-nyc.com
Hmmm...so I see that link just takes you to www.net-a-porter.com now. I would have liked to see what it was before.

AlexN... I got a pair of pants and a blouse at bluefly.com (or- my mom got it for me, but anyways), but is it just me, or is their stuff super marked down? Maybe I'm new to this whole shopping online thing, and bluefly.com is actually really marked up, but compared to Bergdorf and stuff (besides the fact that Bergdorf doesn't even carry some of the stuff bluefly.com does), it's way inexpensive. To me, at least.

Yoox usually has most of the stuff Bluefly does (and a TON more) at far better prices, especially during Yoox sale time. Bluefly is not a very good deal; their markdowns suck. Some of their "retail prices" are inflated to make their markdowns look better, even though they're still stingy for such old product. And they always have these stupid 10% off sales, and it'll only be for a small section of stuff. Totally worthless. I've never seen anything over a 30% off sale at Bluefly, if even that. I hate Bluefly with a passion, but once in a while, it's necessary.

 Thanks for guiding me in the right direction. :flower: Now that I think of it, their retail prices do seem inflated.

:flower: No prob. I don't think they're always inflated, though. But I know people have mentioned specifics before.

Although... I'm checking out yoox right now, and I don't seem to find the right sizes. Everything is almost always in size 4, 6, 8, and 10, with an occasional 12. Do they carry smaller sizes?

www.monamoore.com
Shoes and accessories: Azzedine Alaia, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Pierre Hardy, Dries Van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester, Jimmy Choo, Helmut Lang, Robert Clergerie, Lanvin, Veronique Branquinho, Jamin Puech.

I walked in front of this store last week, noticed they had a website and also do online sales. Prices are retail, but include shipping in North America.

there is a whole section on online shopping - its pinned on this board - I am mergin thi sinto it to keep the place nice & tidy.

Coupon Codes for places you shop at online

I was thinking, since we all like to shop online, why not have a thread of on-line stores with coupon codes?
I'll start:
www.goclothing.com
Coupon: 30% off everything -
Code: luckymag
Expires: 5/31/05

www.urbanoutfitters.com
Coupon: 25% off sale items -
Code: maysale
Expires: 5/30/05

Add yours!

^Well...I think they just get what they get. It would just depend on what doesn't get sold and what stores send them, I suppose. I don't really know.

I forgot to put www.luisaviaroma.com on my list!!

ioffer.com..... though I still haven't bought anything there yet....

there is already a thread all about online shopping. i am merging this with that thread - splatooey its pinned to this section of the board

^Yes...I just wouldn't trust them with items like Prada bags.

sorry helena...i just thought it would be cool if we had a separate thread on coupon codes/discounts online so it would be easier to search through.
:flower:

They had a problem in the past with inauthentic Prada, I think. I guess it slipped past their buyers or something. You never know who's working for a website like that.
