Hi, I bought a pair of Bule cult jeans at Bluefly.com. it is suppose to be the style "gwyneth," but I doubt if it is really authentic. The logo on the back is sooo wrong (the stich is not red, but yellow). The fit is just horrible! I thought that they sell all authentic stuff... so disappointed.

What really upsets me is that it costs me to return it unless I choose to get store credit instead of getting the refund to my credit card.

Has anyone experienced something like this with them?

I have heard that they do sell fake bags, etc by accident (someone returns a fake version of the real one bluefly sent them) but I doubt fake jeans. They are probably just factory seconds/early prototypes of the jeans that made it to regular retail stores.

I will never order anything from bluefly again, though, because of their awful return policy. I do not remember ever seeing anything about a restocking fee on cash returns before I placed my order, only after I recieved the item. So annoying...

I have never bought anything from Ashford but out of curiousity I did my usual preliminary research on an unfamiliar vendor.

Their parent company is Odimo Inc. When I plugged that into the Better Business Bureau's site it referred to yet another company called World of Watches and they have an unsatisfactory rating.

Wow! Thanks for this warning. I have been getting their emails for years and have never really seen anything I had to have. I am glad to hear about first hand experiences good or bad but especially bad cause we all hate to lose money!

Does any one know of any web sites that sell AUTHENTIC designer handbags here in the US?

I'll also be happy to take some info on any International web sites, just as long as they are based in Milano or Paris and Tokyo.

No, I honestly don't but maybe someone else can offer some help...

...someone, please?

You could always take a chance with Ashford and see.

online vintage

If you're into vintage, vintage-inspired clothing, or designer styles, check out my site:

I'm still getting started, and I'm happy to take requests as well. Only tops and bottoms are up at the moment, but I should have the bags page and possibly jewelry up tomorrow sometime...

Too good to be true - online shopping, HELP!

Hi everybody,
I just discovered this website http://www.realfashion.narod.ru/collection/dreses/s-pix/all1.htm
sorry its in russian, but if you click on the photos you can read the price, its all pretty obvious. They claim all of their stuff if authentic but if you want to buy something they would have to order it first from a third party. The prices are really low, it makes me quite suspicious but I couldt find anything about them on the net so i need some expert opinion! im really tempted to order something, they have some cute stuff! What do you think? is it a scam? thank you!

 well thats how my boyfriend calls me its just the first thing that came to my mind...
