i live in Eastern Europe and what i noticed is that
1. some of the sites ask for additional identification like faxing/emailing id card + credit card image [blanking most of the numbers is ok]
2. some of the sites tell you the item is out of stock instead to tell you they don't ship to your country
3. some of the sites ship to the billing address only...

hoping they would go on sale, but it turns out I shouldn't have waited!

Ahhh... thanks for the link, but the UK site only ships to addresses in the UK (and I live in North America!) And they've sold out of all sizes except 36 which is way too small for me..

Does anybody know if websites usually restock after an item has sold out?!
