i took those pictures in october or early november, and the bike had been there for at least 4 months before that. after all the rain and snow of winter, that bike is STILL there! it hasn't budged, and it's falling apart. but it's just so pretty!

thanks y all francesca i love the bicycle photo and also the one before it!!

i love the one on top, with the bowl of eda mame!
beautiful depth of field.

:woot:
this thread is soo amazing, it's a wonder i didn't find it earlier!!!
everything posted is so inspiring!

i was majoring in photography for a while, and it's my love! i'm itching to go back to school and get back into it, but for family reasons, i couldn't continue and dropped out the second semester of my second year.
i did A LOT of dog photography my first year!! it was really some of my favorite stufff, unfortunately, i don't have a lot of it on this computer :/
i do A LOT of concert photography now.. well, not specifically NOW, i haven't been to a show in like 8 months...it's the most recent thing i've been doing...
i also have like 4 rolls of black and white i need to get developed (aughh i'm having such a hard time getting into digital, i have my digital SLR and everything, but, i just prefer to shoot with my 35mm or medium format!! i love having negatives....something tangible with the image on it.), but i don't have my home darkroom set up yet, so i have to bring 'em to a lab, and i havenm't gotten around to it (and black and white prints are SOOO expensive!!)

haha now that you know my whole life........i'll post some of my favorite stufff :flower:

i usually stick to crisp clear images when shooting concert photog (with everyone doing blurry and flash techniques, i really didn't want to follow the crowd, and much rather enjoy crisp clear images, for some reason) but i love love love this one! :woot:

more (distillers)
more (sick of it all)
more (no doubt)
i don't wanna clog up the page with my concert photog, i've got loads more, i'm in the middle of building a portfolio type website...(link is in my sig)

everything here was done 35mm with some photoshop retouching, except the first one, which was digital.

and some non-concert photography.. it's hardly representative of my favorite things i've done, but it's all i could find on this computer (all my other scans and whatnot were lost when my old computer crashed.)
