It's been such a long time since I last posted in this thread. To be honest I have had no inspiration to play around with my Nikon. Anyways I took this about two weeks ago. It was taken from my room looking out on to the roof. The yellow light is a reflection of a candle I had burning. I've named it "Winter Birch" because it's the name of the candle.

what cameras do you all use? I used to use old traditional SLRs, but getting into the digital mode, I now own a Sony, and once I get a handle on all the general digital controls and the price goes down, I'm springing for a Nikon digital SLR - you know how people are Canon vs. Nikon...my family's a Nikon family.
