^ Agreed, especially the old ones in rural areas. I just visited one today while on another road trip! I don't know what it is about them, but whenever I see one I have to stop and look around.

Ya, This one is just up the road, I have three or four albums on facebook from different visits to the same graveyard to take photos.
It's interesting to see how things change over seasons and how things are forgotten.
There's a pair of angels I forgot to go and visit actually . . both have been previously pushed off their stands by vandals - one had her head smashed off and lost and the other just looks melancholy, kneeling next to the base she was on.
It's also interesting to imagine how much this kind of intricate artwork would cost these days.

I took these yesterday with my appalling camera.
I walked past a building in our town that used to be a shop a long time ago, blinds were up at the windows but the strange thing was, it wasn't dark inside the shop - it was very light. In truth, there was no shop behind the windows and the blinds, it had been demolished and light was streaming through the blinds from the wrong side. The wind was blowing the blinds and as they blew back and forwards, you could see more and more of what was on the other side.
A guy asked me what it was going to be turned into. I said I had no idea - it was just interesting. He wasn't interested at all.
These are 14 out of 120 that I took (excuse the poor quality).
