Although, I really really have to note that "petite" refers to people of less than 5'4" stature...there could never be a successful "petite" model that way. Kate Moss is 5'6" or 5'7" so even she doesn't count...

i thought petite referred to models who were between 5'6 and 5'8....

Katy Braitman is a 'petite model' , it's funny on the sites I've found featuring her they say she's 5'7 but in every magazine I have mentioning her they say her height is 5'6.

She was big in the States also and worldwide as she did Guess ads. She then left modeling for acting in France.

Also, I think there was a model years ago whose name was Katia Gagarina (not sure for the sp, though) and she was like properly petite model and was doing well. Don't have pics of her, though.

I think you're talking about Julie Ordon..who looks a lot like that girl, but Julie is about 5'7-5'8 and Sweadish.

5'6/5'7 is like the official version of her height that the agencies give. i mean, seriously, there's no way that they're gonna say she's 5'4/5. most of the time agencies lie about height and body measurements anyway. makes you wonder who's lying when you see the discrepancies in the stats that different agencies give for the same model...
