Well there are 5 arms in the picture...

Are you guys talking about the arm covering Rihanna's chest and Kate's leg (from the knee down Kate's leg kind of looks like Rihanna's arm, but it's not).

I see:
1) Rihanna's hand on Kate's leg and covering Rihanna's chest.
2) The arm across Rihanna's shoulder is Kate's arm and hand.
3) Then there's Rihanna's hand hugging Kate's torso
4) and Kate's hand resting on Rihanna's knee.

Kate's leg makes it seem unnatutral but when you look at it carefully you can see that both their arms are normally positioned

^on their defense, imo it´ll look so unaesthetic so have a nipple on the cover between the fonts :/ that said, why would you put a nude model on the cover if you´re gonna do that? have her covering her breast at least...

For the particular pic, I think it's more of a perspective trick than the photoshopping.
But, imagine what they have to go through when they try to pair Karlie with Barbara P.
