I'm wondering if I could make really small pom poms (the size of glass marbles) or if that would be too difficult..and wear them as a necklace..paired with other kinds of necklaces..

i'm actually usiing brown cardboard for the rings...i think the problem is that i make my pompoms really full and fluffy...which makes them harder to get through the hole...i made the hole a bit bigger now...but it didn't really help much... i've taped the rings back together and left a tear...then i can pull the ring off more easily...
