Charlize - I like the color of the dress and the way she added those diamond clips. It totally gave a new look to her appearance.

Nicole - I don't get why people is sooo crazy over that. Personally, I don't think it looks that good.

Julia - Can you say G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S?

Gwyneth - Blah. Looks like a prom dress. But with a bigger price tag.

Halle - Beautiful color. This girl knows how to choose colors that compliments her skin.

If I was to choose a dress I would wear to the Oscars that was worn before, I would choose Julia's dress or the dress Reese Witherspoon wore to Oscars 2002.

IMO...I loved the black dress Chloe Sevigny wore a few years back. I think it was YSL by Alber Elbaz.

Gwyneth Paltrow's style has improved a lot in the past few years - a lot more individual and not so cookie-cutter as before.

Nicole Kidman used to have a unique style and has gone soooo boring in the past two years.

This is my all time favorite Oscar gown (as others have mentioned in the thread). This dress is what turned my attention towards vintage.

I have to say that I think Halle's dress looks like a Christmas tree or a bad prom dress..

My fave is definitly Nicole Kidman if I have to choose one from the poll.

i think it really turned everyone's attention to vintage. i didn't like the dress head-on, but i love it now
