That was my fav oscar dress this febuary. gorgeous dress. I'm starting to realise what a fab dresser cate is after viewing this thread.

what appeals to me about cate is that she has a wonderful complexion and never look's heavily made up- she doesn't shine glossy like the others on the red carpet.

I think this is actually my favorite dress...Of. All. Time.

Not Oscars, but Angelina Jolie appeared at an event recently with Brad Pitt, and she was wearing a gorgeous flowy scarf-looking kind of dress - she looked amazing in it. Anyone remember that? What designer?

I'm surprised no one has posted Halle Berry in her elle sabb gown when she won her oscar for best actress. People seemed to have really loved her gown on all the late night entertainment shows I guess not here. Nicole looked devine in that dress above.

Actually that was what she wore the year after. She wore the purple JG dress.

I know I'm a Gwyneth fan but I wish people would get over that debate. Gwyneth won, it's not going to change. She must have got the most votes. I know people that thought she deserved it, others Cate. It happened in 1999 I want to scream to people "let it go". This is not a personally attack on you Tinuviel so please don't take it that way plus Cate has one now so it doesn't really matter.
