i like the stills, they really look like film snapshots.. even though the entire collection was basically black and white, i for some reason want to see these photos in color..

i liked slimane for prada but after two black and white campaigns, prada needs some color.

The campaign looks fantastic in stills and in motion. I love the whole film vibe, it's a new perspective compared to a usual minimal studio shot.

why does the title say "Hedi Slimane" ..... when it's not him ??

or is Slimane responsible for the photography of the movie ??

At first it's confirmed these were shot by Hedi, but we were wrong.
And the mod hasn't change the title yet.

I found this on Homotography. That makes sense, why would Hedi go to China to shoot this when it could be done by Yang by the chance of making the film.

I’m ecstatic about the just unveiled Prada Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign. Why? Because it features two of my favorite emerging models Adrien Sahores and Jacob Coupe, with captivating cinematic photography by Yang Fudong, a Chinese contemporary artist. Oh, and then there is this fantastic 9 minutes film, ‘First Spring’ which is an absolute must-see (after the jump). This is by far my favorite campaign of the season.
