here is the Dolce & Gabbana
A CONTROVERSIAL ad by fashion designers Dolce and Gabbana suggesting gang r*pe has been banned from Italian publications

I just think it's a really sex-charged ad, not worth banning

The more I look at the Sisley ad, the more I think that the word "fashioin" wasn't mispelled.

^that's not true, there's many sexy ads that aren't innapropriated/offensive. one example: Eva Mendes for CK.

I think this is worse. This is no more sexy because you dont need your fantasy anymore. YOU SEE ALL!!!

YSL MEN!

So WARNING this is pure NUDITY!

WOW imagine seen that in a billboard?

how about that ad by Gucci the one with the Carmen Kass's G shot, so many seem offended.

I find those ad by American Apparel more offensive/creepier.

it actually says "Gee, I Wonder Why Women Get Raped?"

Wasn't it Louise Pedersen in that Gucci ad, and Carmen got the credit because she was the more famous face of the campaign, so people presumed the shaved frontage also belonged to her?

I have no problem with that YSL ad, it's an homage to a famous shot of the designer himself, and it ran in some magazines. Naked women are the wallpaper of life, so why not see naked men as well?

I love that Gucci ad with the shaven 'G'. But its not Carmen but Lousie Pedersen actually :flower:

I think that the word "fashioin" wasn't mispelled.

I think sex-charged ads are offensive. Again, it's a way for the media to portray such sexual images as okay and acceptable. You can convince consumers to buy your product with sex but not so provocatively.

It actually looks like it is a part of the ad, not a tagging, IMO.

Those retro ads are just :yuk::sick::angry:...I know there was a picture on FailBlog that reminds me of those ads where there was a tag on a pair of jeans that had the care instructions, and then "Or give it to your wife-it's her job".

Me thinks its hot! As long as the other three guys are out of the picture.

^Is that really part of the AA ad? It looks like graffiti to me!
sorry it turns out I double checked and yes it's graffiti. They latter replace the ad with a model who has wearing a top.
"Leslie Goldman writes about that American Apparel billboard ad, with the woman with her back to the camera, her legs spread out, in which someone has cheekily sprayed the words “Gee, I wonder why women get raped”, the question mark between her thighs."

a lot of people found this ad offensive/shocking I remember seen it in the newspapers all the way from Canada to Mexico.

I tough it had a strong message.

An anti-domestic violence advert starring Keira Knightley has been banned from British television after it was branded too violent by advertising censors.
ad167768s.jpg

"The " Pirates Of The Caribbean " star plays an actress returning home from a film set to be confronted by a violent boyfriend who accuses her of having an affair with a co-star, before attacking and knocking her to the floor, reports contactmusic.com.

The ad, made for UK charity Women's Aid, ends with Keira being repeatedly kicked on the floor. Advertising approval body Clearcast has deemed the scene too violent for broadcast.

The ad, called " The Cut ", was launched in British cinemas this month but will only air on television if scenes showing Keira being thrown to the floor and beaten are removed"
