I love puffy sleeves... but I agree with softgrey, the 'deflated' versions seem the most modern and fresh. if overdone, it can look wrongly eighties. well, to my taste. also, I have quite broad shoulders and I don't like to emphasize them even more. I find, with a shirt or a blouse which is cut narrowly on the shoulders, puffy sleeves don't have the effect of broadening my shoulders even more.

Same here! I've found some really cute shirts like the ones here I like, but they aren't puffy sleeved :/ Oh welll... shopping is the one thing I can do for a very long time
