i think mulberry really got it right with their purples..

the balenciaga grape color is also really great from what i can remember...

I have always wanted the perfect purple bag since forever!
Now would be a good time to indulge....the YSL downtown is available in purple patent too.
I have scored a few vintage clutchs in purple...but never a bag yet..this is definitely something I plan to indulge in come Fall.

i want the patent, purple downtown so badly
i wish the miu miu bow bag came in purple calfskin...

I just realized I got 3 purple bags this season! The purple muse, the purple patent downtown and the grape Bal!
It's such a wonderful colour though and a good alternative from black.
Overall, purple seems to be a very popular colour this season, not just on bags but shoes and dresses as well.

Hey GG, I got the oversized muse in dark purple, I was unable to get the bright purple - it's a fun colour but I think dark purple suits my closet more, though it's almost the same shade as my grap Bal.
I got the medium downtown - prefer the proportions a lot more to the large, it's very handy as a casual tote and it's a bag that really grows on you.

Patent purple stam! That sounds yummy.. how about some pictures in the handbag threads?
