I read in a fitness magazine that you have to run at least 3 miles a day to "see" a difference in your body. So she probably does maintenance running.

^Well shoot, I run at least three miles a day and I still don't see a big difference. Maybe my body just rebelling.. She looks great though. She has the perfect arms for that strapless Armani dress. I wish should would wear more strapless or one shoulder dresses.

Oh Rania has thread here, great! I have always tought she is the most beautiful and elegant royalty out there. A very interesting person, besides her looks, her other achievements are respectable. I have to go through these 40 pages, if there is any interviews.
