I've got to say, she is truly a woman who earns her title and position as a Queen in my opinion. She has a real inner grace and I have a huge amount of respect for her, and for her work. Of any royal couple, I can really believe she loves her husband, and everything I've heard about him says he's a genuinely good man who is just as smart as she is and really loves his country and is trying to do the best with what he's got. (And I hope all of that is true).

And ye gods the woman is gorgeous, and it's not really the fact that she has an incredible outer beauty, but that inner grace just kind of glows right through her skin. I would never have been able to tell that she'd had a nose job, or any other kind of cosmetic surgery, it all kind of just works on her.

I agree 100%. She has a natural beauty and grace about her. I've seen her interviewed on TV. She is bright, has a quick mind and is a compassionate person. So what if she had cosmetic surgery. We do not know what it is like to tolerate the scrutiny of the press. The camera expolits every little flaw, surgery open pore, every blemish and extra pound. How does one toerate that?
