i do not understand how come how autopsy failed...

CNN

a medical examiner (not the one who worked on Heath's case) was discussing it on my local news this morning. They basically said that while it doesn't tell us how he died, an inconclusive autopsy shows that the death was not natural or the result of foul play. We are just going to have to wait for the toxicology report which will take weeks

^ Ok so is that why we have to wait 6 weeks for the outcome of Brad's death? Because i was wondering why the results of Heath's autopsy are out so soon.

The same thing happened with Anna Nicole...it took weeks of tests to determine what she ingested and how it counteracted to make her die.

i am kind of suspicious when it comes to this...

I didn't realize that Jake Gyllenhaal is the godfather of Matilda! I was surprised...I read an article saying that he and Michelle have been in touch...I guess he's helping her deal...

This is so sad. :( I don't really know what else to say... very tragic and unnerving. I hope it was an accident...:doh::cry:

^
I just saw a clip on BBC news 24 where Jack Nicholson was saying at a press conference of some sort that he warned Heath about using Ambien...he said that one time - when he himself was taking Ambien - he nearly drove off a cliff.

I'm not offering a medical view here, just letting you know where the JN quote 'I warned him...' might have come from.

As friends, family and colleagues talk about the imprint Heath Ledger left on their lives, his neighbors said the 28-year-old actor left something even more permanent in Brooklyn – with a little help from his daughter Matilda.

Roger Lang, who lived across the street from Ledger and Michelle Williams during the then-couple's time in Brooklyn, tells PEOPLE it was Ledger who put the markings in wet cement near the fire hydrant in front of their house. "The Matilda thing in the sidewalk with the footprints, he did that about two years ago," Lang says. "It was a secret. It was a fun thing. He did it as a surprise for his family."

The 2-year-old's name is perpendicular to the word HUGO, which is the name of a neighbor's dog. On Wednesday some carnations wrapped in plastic were placed near the spot.

Adds Lang: "He was full of life. He'd call my father Matey. 'Hi Matey.' Because he was in World War II. They're great people and it's very tragic. They loved Brooklyn. They wanted to be a part of the neighborhood."

I love those clips of Michelle. I was never a Heath fan but Michelle is such a bright, gutsy, spirited sort of actress you just hope this wont crush her.

this is so sad, i just couldn't believe it, it is just turning Australia upside down.
I couldn't believe it when i heard it..
I have no idea what caused his death, but whatever happened i hope he finds peace now. My heart goes out to Michelle and Matilda and his family back home..which apparently found out about Heath on the radio which i find insane..
It's just all too overwhelming..

Ambien is EVIL. I know from personal experience, it combined with his pneumonia meds would probably make for one helluva deadly combination.

^ It's lovely. But all the talk of exhaustion and the caffeiney-fidgetyness just gives me chills. I knew nothing about his interviews and I speak with hindsight, but it just seems like a warning sign. But then it is a world where Tom Cruise jumps on sofas in his interviews so I guess relatively...Being so busy that you can't sleep or just being insomniac must be torturous. City life is unbelievably stressful. People should know when they need to back away for a bit. But careers make you feel I guess like it is now or never. Especially in such a fickle game.

Of COURSE Ambien is evil. Meds are evil. They should be an extreme measure but people don't use them that way.
