I think the release of that video was completely uncalled for! It was taken over 2 years ago after all, and in the video Heath seemed like this was a totally uncommon thing for him to do... He clearly didn't seem very comfortable.

Michelle Williams has given her first statement since the death of her former companion Heath Ledger.
In a statement released by Heath’s rep, Michelle said, “Please respect our need to grieve privately. My heart is broken. I am the mother of the most tender-hearted, high-spirited, beautiful little girl who is the spitting image of her father. All that I can cling to is his presence inside her that reveals itself every day. His family and I watch Matilda as she whispers to trees, hugs animals, and takes steps two at a time and we know that he is with us still. She will be brought up with the best memories of him.”

I feel bad for his little Matilda not having her dad.. and Heath for not being able to see her growup...but he seemed to have moved on in his love life... but it's good Michelle said something with all the mag covers about her kicking him out because of his "problems"on the shelves now.

Maybe she should just take a month and go away were no one can bother her, until the media gets over trying to find out how he died.

Michelle's words are so personal and it's all true, Maltilda is a spitting image of her father. It's so sad that she even needs to ask for privacy, herself, usually its a publicist saying something 'please respect our privacy' and that's it. I nearly cried when reading her statement...

So true, and it doesn't sound cliche. I don't know why his death has affected me so profoundly (probably more so than when Kurt died). I watched Lords of Dogtown and literally cried.
